Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are typically 10% of order value and are subject to VAT.
Express Delivery Programme
We have over 500 products on our express delivery programme and endeavour to deliver these items in the timescale as stipulated against each item, typically 6-10 working days. This is available for UK Mainland only (for Ireland, the Highlands and UK islands please call for a quote).
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday typically between 9am and 5pm. We cannot allocate an exact time of delivery.
If you have chosen an express item these products will be delivered by a one man delivery company. This means the courier can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address. If you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only.
Made To Order Items
Certain products are made to order and can take up to 3 – 4 working weeks to be delivered – this service is available for UK Mainland only (for Ireland, the Highlands and UK islands please call for a quote). These products include screens as well as some of our seating and are labelled as being so on their product description pages

Manufacturers Lead Time
If you order an item that is not in stock and needs ordering from one of our suppliers then there may be an additional manufacturer lead time. These are the estimated delivery lead times into our warehouse given to us by our suppliers. Please also allow up to 3 – 5 working days for delivery from our warehouse to you the customer. Please note that any times we give are only a guide and may vary slightly depending on the time of the year. For the most accurate delivery times please check your individual product information online.
Delivery Information
Customers should assume that the delivery vehicle will be a long heavy goods vehicle, weighing approximately 16.5 tonnes with a height of 14 3". Therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that such a vehicle has legal access to their property and inform us about any weight, height and parking restrictions, as well as any difficult access points and unadopted roads/ paths. This is to help us deliver your order successfully and ensure that we have made arrangements for the appropriate size of delivery vehicle to be used. Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery and a delivery charge being levied. In order to prevent damage to our contracted vehicles, unadopted roads, paths and tracks will not be taken by delivery vehicles. Alternative routes must be provided by the customer.
Confirming Your Delivery Date
We will never arrange a delivery date without contacting and confirming the date with you first. Once your item(s) is ready for dispatch either we will contact you or our contracted delivery service will contact you in order to arrange a mutually suitable delivery date. This will be done by phone approx 1 – 3 days before your item is despatched. As per the delivery times above express items will not be confirmed before being despatched.
Other Delivery Information
Lemon Online Ltd / contracted deliverers will not remove existing pieces of furniture to help make room for newly delivered products. Likewise old pieces of furniture will not be taken away. The customer must take the responsibility to organize the removal and disposal of unwanted furniture. Lemon Online Ltd and our contracted deliverers if requested by the customer will assist the customer in taking the order into the premises to the appropriate room at the discretion of the delivery team. Lemon Online Ltd/ the contractor will not accept liability for any damage both to the delivered product and to the customers property (including all types of fixtures, fittings and building structure) whilst assisting the customer with a request. The customer must solely take responsibility for this action. Any consequent damage should fall under the customers household insurance. Lemon Online Ltd / third party contractors will not assemble any orders even if requested to do so. The assembly of orders is the responsibility of the customer. Preparation for delivery: customers are advised when accepting goods to have protective sheets available as the goods been delivered may have transferred through a number of warehouses and delivery vehicles. Lemon Online Ltd will not accept any liability for any damaged caused.
